In order to receive the $20 family discount per player for the second or subsequent children you’ll need to register all siblings at once through the Xplorer App. All siblings will be linked in the Xplorer platform, so you just need to click ‘add another registration’ each time and compete all registrations in one session and then pay for all registrations at once at the end of the process.
You are able to apply to Services NSW for an Active Kids Voucher which will subsidise the cost of the registration. You will need to apply for the voucher prior to starting the registration process. Make sure you record the Voucher Number and Expiry Date. Click here to access Services NSW
Training and Games
Competition games commence with trials on 24th March and the season starting on Sunday 31 March. Games are on Sunday mornings for most of the junior teams. The season finishes at the end of August with few games during any school holidays.
Training is at Eridge Park in Burradoo each Friday afternoon from 4.45pm onwards. The first training session is on Friday 15th March 2019 beginning at 4.45pm.
Please note: U10’s and above are graded playing competitions, so players may be subject to selection processes as required.
All families (parents/carer givers and players) are required to contribute to the club’s operations in the form of volunteering as required throughout the season to assist in general operations at club training and game days.
ARU Expectations of Behaviour Guidelines
Anyone interested in seeking dispensation to play down an age group should contact the club registrar (firstname.lastname@example.org) for details regarding weight and height criteria. Age dispensation was introduced in 2017 enabling smaller players the opportunity to complete at one age group below their chronological age. To apply please read and complete the dispensation form. This informs parents about the process to follow in seeking dispensation.
You will need to fill in your child’s details and get a medical certificate stating the weight and height of the child. If there are other relevant other issues they’d like considered they need to include this too. They then need to forward this to the club’s registrar at email@example.com
Once approved they will be notified and only then will their child be able to play down.
