Rugby Academy

The Bowral Blacks Rugby Academy is aimed at further developing the core skills of players in the 15 - 17 years age group. The Academy will advance development much quicker than regular club or school training.

The Academy has been designed to be an essential intensive development in all areas of the game for any aspiring player. It will provide players with an environment to focus on rugby skills such as:

Aerobic fitness
Speed and agility
Catch and pass/ball carry
Support play
Spacial awareness
Decision making
Defence and breakdown
Kicking/goal kicking

Ages 15-17 years 
Expressions of interest welcome
Participants must be approved by coaches
