SH7’s Information

Bowral Blacks Rugby is proud to once again host the Southern Highlands 7s in 2024. Since its humble beginnings in 2012, the tournament has grown rapidly and is now one of the largest domestic 7s tournaments in Australia, hosting around 70 teams from clubs in regional NSW, Sydney and the ACT. The Southern Highlands 7s is an investment in our future, with a focus on developing junior boys and girls age groups (U13’s, U15’s and U17’s), senior women's rugby, as well as the traditional Colts (U20) and senior mens competitions. The Southern Highlands 7s is an event created for the enjoyment of the whole family and we hope to see you again this year! To register your teams for this years tournament please fill in the online Team Registration form and submit to us. Payment is via credit card, cheque or direct transfer. Teams will not be confirmed until payment is made. For further information please contact david.loiterton@bowralrugby.com.au, or kirralee.blake@bowralrugby.com.au

Registered Teams

The current list of registered teams can be found here

Food

There are a number of food options on the day. There will be a BBQ running all day, along with the canteen and a bar area. Alcohol is not to be brought into the ground. It is a condition of our licence that we only serve alcohol at the bar and that no alcohol be brought into Eridge Park. There will be RSA marshalls at the grounds throughout the day and they will have no choice but to confiscate alcohol which has been brought in, so please don't put us in that position.

Medical

There will be a team of fully qualified medical staff on hand throughout the day.

Entry & Parking

Entry into Eridge Park is $5.00 per adult, which includes a free program. There's plenty of parking, including for buses.

Team Banners & Tents

We encourage teams to bring their own tents and banners to the tournament - the more colour and noise the better!

Travel & Accommodation

If you require accommodation for the tournament we suggest you get in early and contact https://www.southern-highlands.com.au for accommodation options.
